What Benefits Am I Entitled To?
Workers' compensation insurance provides five basic benefits:
Medical Care
Medical care to help you recover from an injury or illness caused by work.
However, many of our clients hire us because they are NOT getting the medical care they really need. When you hire us, the first thing we’re going to do is help you get the right doctor and the care you really need.
Temporary Disability Benefits
Temporary disability benefits to help you pay your bills while your injury keeps you sidelined and unable to earn your regular paycheck.
Clients often hire us because it’s taking too long to get their temporary disability check or because it’s less than it should be. We’ll make sure you get the right amount with the fewest delays possible when you hire us to handle your Workers’ Comp claim.
Permanent Disability Benefits
Permanent disability benefits if you don't recover completely. Depending on the severity of your injury, your rate of pay, and several other factors, you may be entitled to a large settlement at the end of the process.
